The family room was surprisingly spacious. There was plenty of room for us. the staff provided great assistance, always pleasant and ready to help. i found the location really good, particularly considering the price, a definite plus. a short walk got us to the city center in about fifteen minutes, easy and convenient.

I noticed that the hotel could benefit from some modernization. it didn't significantly impact my stay.

the staff was friendly. they made check-in easy.

the room was not clean. i found previous guests' rubbish in the bin. the windows did not shut properly, so noise came in, they seemed to be single glazed. no fresh towels or bedding were provided, and the bathroom was dirty.

there was no lift and i had to carry my luggage up the stairs it wasn't a major issue but something to note
